How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of DaZash.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Все как в описании, красиво, минималистично, главное что работает)))
Поменьше реально,чем на картинке, но работает красиво! Брызгает вперед, поэтому налил до краев,чтобы меньше пробивало струя и необходимо ставить на какой то поднос, вокруг него вода потихонечку образуется! Ещё минус- нужно две розетки в одном месте и на проводах не предусмотрен отключатель.

Очень красивый и классный фонтанчик. Единственный минус - от испарителя в радиусе 10-15 см образуются капли и лужи. А так все супер!
Очень милый фонтанчик)) работает почти бесшумно, но с подсветкой оставляет небольшую лужицу, поэтому держу тряпку под рукой и периодически протираю либо просто ставлю на тряпочку или полотенце. Без подсветки такой проблемы не возникает)) Заказала 11.11, продавец-умничка отправил его на следующий день)) упаковано очень надёжно, без шансов на повреждения)) спасибо большое продавцу))

Прикольный фонтанчк. Ребенок очень рад. Свет с паром посмотрели и выключили - очень красиво, но вокруг быстро образуется приличная лужа. Даже не знаю, где такое можно поставить, разве что на даче, на улице. Моторчик совсем не слышно, приятное журчание воды. Дерево ниже, чем на картинке. Упаковано всё отлично в пупырку и пенопласт.

Давно хотел, чтобы дома был небольшой водопад. Долго выбирал и остановился на этом. Теперь он стоит на моём рабочем столе. Иногда вечером выношу его в другую комнату и включаю детям подсвеченный дымок. Дети в восторге. От него вода правда летит во все стороны. Приходится полотенце подстилать. Когда без дымка работает, то вода не выходит за пределы фонтана. Ещё из минусов кустик слева немного криво приклеили. Но это мелочи

Es muy hermosa. Un poco pequeña, pero realmente vale la pena. Cuando el Led spray está prendido salpica algo de agua fuera de la fuente, sin embargo es una maravilla y es realmente preciosa, a mi madre le ha encantado. Viene muy bien empaquetada.

I absolutely love this fountain. It works very well and it’s easy to hide the cables. The only downside is that it splashes, but other than that, I love it.
Замечательный фонтанчик! Настоящий релакс - слышна только водичка. Не очень удобно, что для подсветки и тумана нужна вторая розетка, но временно я решила не пользоваться этой функцией, и проблем нет никаких, только восторг. Спасибо!

На картинке круче, чем в реале) это мой первый опыт с декларативным фонтаном) интересная штука! носом работает отлично. дерево сидит слабо. Увлажнитель фонтан работает раз через раз, буду писать продавцу если будут и дальше с ним проблемы. в остальном всем доволен. размерами не большой, на двух ладонях помещается. Брызги и влага от него конкретная!
