HOW TO SEARCH PRODUCTS?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

WHAT IS BUYER PROTECTION?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

You can select currency in which prices will be shown on website.

However, all of our transactions are based in Australia Dollars.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE OZ?

Yes, we do! We ship worldwide, except to countries with shipment method without tracking information available or with estimated delivery time longer than 6 weeks.

I HAVE PLACED ORDER, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET?

Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If not, please contact us at Contact Page and we will provide it to you.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team in 24 hours time period after you placed an order and provide your order number and all the details concerning the items you want to cancel or modify. After 24 hours, we have already started working on your order and, unfortunately, it is too late to cancel or modify it.

ORDERS THAT ARE UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, are not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order and pick up your parcel from your local postal office if they have directed you to do so

WHEN WILL I GET TRACKING NUMBER AND HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and links of tracking websites so you can track your order. Or, just enter your order number on the Track Your Order page or contact us at Contact Page or support@Dazash.com and we will help you with everything you need to know.

Please, allow 3-7 days for tracking information to be updated on tracking website.

There are estimated delivery times on every product page.

I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE?

When you order multiple items, sometimes they will be shipped separately. We ship our products from several global warehouses and that’s why you may receive one item before the next. So please don’t worry if you don’t receive all of your items at once… they are on the way 🙂

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received item that is incorrect, defective or damaged. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case immediately and send you free replacement right away.

CUSTOMS

-Orders may need to clear Customs in your country.
-Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other Customs
related charges.
-Import duties, taxes or other Customs charges will be collected by the shipping
company upon delivery.
-Stanlice is not responsible for delays caused by the Customs department in your
country.
-Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or Customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. All return shipping fees are at customers’ own expense. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for further details.

We are now also happy to announce that UK customers can return to our UK warehouse; USA customers to our USA warehouse; Spain to our Spain Warehouse.
All other countries’ customers will still need to return to our warehouse in Asia.
